Arrivals at Camp Hancock can begin around 5pm on Friday May 8th. Dinner will be served near 6pm for those who register for it!
The scientific program begins on Saturday May 9th and includes talks by 3 speakers ranging from the complex development of this area to local stream restoration efforts, followed by a walking field trip from Camp Hancock. If you'd like to share your own science, plan to give a pop-up talk (short 3-minute presentations on quite literally anything from ideas to announcements or novel observations) or contribute to the poster session, all of which will take place on Saturday followed by our fabulously popular raffle and musical jam-session.
On Sunday May 10th, we will head out for an exciting day of geomorphology on the Field Trip. The conference will officially conclude in the afternoon following the field trip.

Other notes about this year:
- Bedding will NOT be provided by Camp Hancock or the conference organizers. Bring your own sleeping gear, including a sleeping bag or blankets, and pillows. There are mats on the bunk beds.
- Bring a flashlight! Also consider bringing a travel mug for coffee, especially if you want coffee in the field.
- Please bring drinks & snacks for Friday evening. Alcoholic beverages, smoking, or vaping are not allowed at Camp Hancock.
- Consider donating an item of geomorphological interest to our raffle. Tickets are $1 each and help keep registration costs low. We suggest bringing cash for the raffle!
- Registration will close two weeks before the event, possibly sooner if we reach capacity, so plan to register long before April 22!
